about an hour from Ae forest. it's not a track it's just a quarry near joe pattersons house that we decided to go and do some riding in when i was down at his.

Chris Ball told him just to forget it because he was still feeling a bit unsteady after his crash and hospital sleepover the weekend before at Fort Bill... he just really wanted to make sure he didn't miss the race - dont know what affect it has on series standings if any - sort of Chris' call not mine...

Hey Joe had already has this on the computer by the time I sat at the machine when we got back - its cool but we really have to do something with that helmet - it clashes with the watermark!!! This is a bit like that other one Oliver - what are you doing twisting the lens as they come towards you??? Its a great effect with the trees in focus in the background.

Yeah Oliver you've really raised the bar with this one - it is brilliant! The flash on the grass - the bike looks freakin' 3D- withoot trying to sound too much like Melvyn Bragg - I think it's take sport photography into the realm of pure art!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wish it was me on the bike i'd hang it in every room of my house - this guy has to buy and print this in the biggest format possible! POY
